I've been using this a few years now. My face used to be flaky and so dry every winter. Ever since I've been using this serum, I've had wonderfully moisturized skin. I use it year round and don't go a day without it. No more dryness, ever! Life changing!

Wow I was beyond impressed at the customer...

Wow I was beyond impressed at the customer service so during shipping my bottle was broken and it wasn't due to the packaging since she had taken time to place it in bubble wrapped and a franke shipping envelope however when it was shipped it, somehow it cracked when I got it I was heart broken and reached out expressing my fear in using or trying to salvage it and not wanting to get broken glass on my finger and on my face. Since it was no fault of her own I was wondering if she might offer a discount on a second purse (she didn't have too since it wasn't her fault the bottle broke) but she did something even better and shocking and shipped me a new bottle free! That is customer experience and I can assure you I will be making many more purchases from her in the future!!
