All Treesnail Wellness skincare and aromatherapy products are handmade in small batches by Christine Glaser, Certified Aromatherapist & Essential Oil Specialist (*St. Louis, Missouri, United States).
- After making your item the merchandise is shipped USPS. We ship to the address that you have on file - if the package is undeliverable due to an address error, Treesnail Wellness will not be held responsible.
- U.S. Shipping: USPS provides tracking information to orders shipped in the Continental United States (and Hawaii and Alaska) for your convenience. Most shipments only take 5 days to arrive, but allow up to two weeks. Please note that shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to three weeks to be delivered.
- All products are made in small batches to preserve quality. Please allow 3-5 business days, excluding holidays, for processing of orders. This does not include shipping time.
- Once your order has been processed and received by the carrier, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
- We are not responsible for any shipping delays or lost/stolen packages once they have been left with the carrier.
If you purchased a digital item (holistic skincare guide, affirmation notes, or other downloadable items), you will receive an email that includes a link to download your file.
- Digital downloads are for you to print from home or have printed and bound at a local print shop.
- Nothing physical will be sent to your mailing address when purchasing digital items.
- All PDFs are in an 8.5" x 11" format.
