Ingredients

  • 1 Yerba Mate tea bag
  • 8-12 oz boiling water
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 Tbsp hot honey (or regular honey)
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Directions

1️⃣ Steep the Tea

  • Heat water in an electric tea kettle.
  • Add hot honey & tea bag to a mug.
  • Pour boiling water over the tea bag and steep for 5 minutes.

2️⃣ Add the Good Stuff

  • Remove tea bag.
  • Stir in oat milk, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla extract.

3️⃣ Froth & Enjoy
