This sparkling green tea blend is summer in a glass—and your skin will love every sip.

🍵 Green tea is rich in catechins, powerful antioxidants that help reduce inflammation, calm redness, and protect against UV damage from the inside out.

🍊 Fresh orange juice adds a bright, natural sweetness while delivering a potent dose of vitamin C to boost collagen production and skin repair.

🍯 Local honey supports your microbiome and has antibacterial properties that benefit both gut and skin health.

🍋 Lime juice gives a zesty lift and helps detoxify, balance pH, and support clear skin.

🌿 Fresh mint soothes digestion, which is directly linked to skin clarity in holistic skincare.

Hydrating, anti-inflammatory, and gently detoxifying—this refreshing drink is perfect for those looking to support radiant skin naturally, especially during hot weather.

15 min

Cook time

30 min–overnight

Servings

10-12 cups (perfect for hosting)

Ingredients

For the Green Tea Concentrate:

  • 6 Tbsp loose-leaf green tea (or 6–8 bags of high-quality green tea)

  • 6 cups freshly boiled water

For the Sparkling Tea:

  • 6 parts Green Tea Concentrate (about 6 cups)

  • 3 parts fresh orange juice (about 3 cups, from 5–6 oranges)

  • 3 parts sparkling water (about 3 cups)

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2–3 Tbsp local raw honey (adjust to taste)

  • Ice cubes

Optional Garnish:

  • Fresh mint leaves

  • Orange or lime slices

Directions

1️⃣ Brew the Tea

  • Add green tea leaves or bags to a heat-safe pitcher or large mason jar.
  • Pour in freshly boiled water and let steep for 4 minutes (no longer to avoid bitterness).
  • Strain or remove bags and allow to cool slightly, then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

2️⃣ Mix the Sparkling Tea

  • Once the green tea is cold, stir in the orange juice, lime juice, and honey until the honey is fully dissolved.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.

3️⃣ Garnish & Serve

  • Fill glasses with ice, pour the tea blend about ¾ of the way full, then top off with sparkling water for a fizzy finish.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves and citrus slices for an elevated, skin-loving mocktail vibe.

Serving Ideas & Customization

🌞 Serve in a large glass drink dispenser for summer gatherings, with mint sprigs floating on top for a spa-like presentation.

🍓 Add muddled berries or cucumber slices for extra antioxidants and visual flair.

🧊 Store leftover tea base in the fridge for up to 3 days and mix with sparkling water just before serving to preserve the fizz.

(🍹 Pssttt...want a grown-up twist? Add a splash of vodka or gin to individual servings for a clean, refreshing cocktail option.)

Why Your Skin Will Love This Drink

This is a hydration-forward, antioxidant-rich beverage that supports your skin from every angle. Green tea reduces free radical damage and can even help regulate sebum production. Citrus juices flood your body with collagen-boosting vitamin C, while honey and mint support a healthy gut-skin connection.

Bonus? It keeps you cool, calm, and glowing—inside and out.

Cheers to sipping your way to a clear, radiant skin-loving summer! ✨
