Greek yogurt is rich in probiotics that promote a healthy gut, which can improve skin clarity and reduce inflammation.
Additionally, its high protein and nutrient content, including vitamins B2, B6, and B12, supports overall skin health and helps in the repair and growth of skin tissues.
Add in your favorite berries and extras (like local honey for allergies!) and you have an off-the-charts winning dessert!

Ingredients
- 16 oz. bag of frozen mixed fruit
- 1 cup vanilla greek yogurt (full fat)
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup or local honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
1. Divide mini chocolate chips evenly into the bottom of 8 popsicle molds (my family has become obsessed with this version of popsicle mold set that has drip guards to stop hands from getting sticky if they start to melt).
2. Add all other ingredients to a large food processor and pulse blend until completely smooth.
3. Transfer to popsicle molds, pouring directly on top of the mini chocolate chips.
4. Add the sticks/tops to your molds.
5. Place in freezer for at least 8 hours.
6. Easily remove the popsicles when done freezing by briefly dipping the molds in a bowl of warm water to loosen.
Notes
This recipe is SO very change-up-able and great fun to do with kiddos! Swap out the fruit for your own favorites, add in custom extras such as mint, whole frozen berries, coconut flakes, grated ginger, or peanut butter.
If you don't have popsicle molds, just use any appropriately sized food-safe vessel and pop in a blunt wooden stick right before throwing in the freezer.
Easy, fun, and ten times better than store-bought treats in all the ways!
